MSI K7T PRO : Help with Memory

Hi,
I need some help on what memory to buy. What memory do you that have the MSI K7T PRO MOBO use. Iam going to get atleast 128mb of pc133 .But do i need CAS2 and ECC on it too?
 
If you are buying Crucial(I`ve 128mb cas2 PC133 Crucial) here are the Crucial codes for right ram.You can use CAS2 or CAS3 ,CAS2 will be faster.Don`t bother with ECC.

CT16M64S4D75 CAS3 128mb

CT16M64S4D7E CAS2 128mb -(this is what I`m using on my MSI K7T PRO board)

Crucial, Micron, Mushkin are all good memory. Forget about the ECC, only servers that need the highest data integrity need this type of memory.
 
I'd have to say that you just want to make sure it's CAS2. No matter WHAT motherboard you're using, if you're building an Athlon.
 
Iam probaly going to go with crucial memory ,reason being i have bought from them before and i have had no problems with their memory.But can some explain CAS 2,and 3 to me ? Also what do you guys think about NEC ram. A local shop here is selling it .
