Msi k7t pro and asus v7100 2 mx problems?

Hi

I installed the dgart driver which came along on the asus graph card, and when i restarted the computer it froze and the screen went black with green stripes. I had to reformat. As long as i just install the ordinary drives, everything works fine. Any suggestion about what is wrong with the asus card? Is it a software or hardware error? Or is it a via board related problem not handling this dgart driver which will handle graphics right into the cpu?
any suggestions?

Make sure you have installed the latest 4 in 1 drivers first(4.24 or 4.25),after reboot you should install Nvidia latest drivers (6.31)if you have Asus drivers installed remove these first before installing Nvidia drivers,I`ve the same board(MSI K7T PRO) & have used 4.20,4.24,4.25 Via 4 in 1 drivers without any problems,btw I`m now using 6.31 Nvidia drivers with my Geforce2 MX card was using 5.22 before without any problems. There are some Detonator drivers causing problems with KT133 chipset so use the latest 6.31(official drivers) & you should be fine.
