MSI K7T Pro and 1.2 TBird?

I have MSI K7T Pro (not 2) and the specifications talk about supporting processors of 1.1 Mhz and faster. On the other hand MSI K7T Pro2 is supporting processors 1.2 Mhz and faster. I sent an e-mail to MSI asking if K7T Pro can support 1.2 TBird. The answer was that it can support only up to 1.1 Mhz CPU. For 1.2 and faster I should have K7T PRO2. So, what I am asking is if K7T Pro CAN support 1.2 TBird and the rest is just MSI marketing or if it can really support up to 1.1 TBird only.
