MSI K7pro and Overclocking

I am currently using an Athlon 650mhz and an MSI K7pro 6195 Motherboard. At the time when I got this board, there were 2 diffrent kinds out on the market, the one that was great for oc'n and the one that wasn't good at oc'n. With me luck I got the retail one that I could not. I was wondering if anybody out there knew if I could, in any way, overclock this cpu through the bios (I dont like messing with the cpu physically) and if I bios upgrade might help me out. Thanks.
