MSI K7N420 Pro NForce 12 ?

I am wondering what this "NForce 12" represents?
I SEE that Monarch Computers now has a shipment of these NEW mobos in and they show in their photo of the board - what looks like the illusive CNR Riser Card - and I am wondering IF this is why they OR MSI is calling it the NFOrce 12?? I wrote Monarch but have not hear back from them yet. Would like to know exactly what I/O's are on this additional board??
BTW - they have dropped their price nicely to $164 and $7 shipping - coming down to within range.

That's Monarch calling it that. Its a mix of the 2 names, nForce 420 and Crush 12. They both mean the same thing, and nForce 12 means nForce 420 and Crush 12.
