msi k7n2 problem? Help plz.

amd 2600+
mushkin 2700 ddr 333 256x2 ram
430 watt ps
radeon 7200 64mb video
sblive 5.1 gamer sound
maxtor 120gb hd
case and cpu temps are good
I have updated all drivers and bios for everything
problems:
1. sometimes keyboard is not working on startup "unplug, plug back in usb cable then works"
2.computer reboots itself at different times
3.does not reconize floppy drive
4.opon bootup i get a monitor message"nosiynic" and it takes several tries before i get a normal screen
Do u think i shoud get another mobo. If so would the asus be a better choice."ill be upgrading to a radeon 9800 soon.

1. What operating system?
2. Do you have all the drivers updated to the newest possible ones from windows update/manufacturers websites?
3. What are the temps?
4. Try a different floppy cable and a different floppy drive if no improvement, possible flakey floppy controller if that doesn't help.
5. Reseat memory and video card
6. "nosiynic", googled it and nothing came back?

cpu runs around 90-100 deg
all drivers updated
win xp sp1
i did reseat mem and video card
"goolgled it" what do u mean?

I couldn't find anything for that error message on google, sure you have it spelled right?
Can you hook the keyboard up via ps/2?
Try the sound card in a different pci slot for kicks, further away from the video card maybe?
