I am on a budget and I need help setting up the on board sound card.
In the BIOS under intergrated Periphials do I enable Sound BLaster?, What about MP 401?

Also what is Gate A20 in Advances Bios
What is K7Clk _cl7 in advanced chipset

Are there any tricks to do on the mother board to make it run faster or more optimal
 
The OrangeDelta site does not mention K7 CLK_CTL. Set it to optimal and then try it.
Yes, enable SoundBlaster and MPU-401 if you are using onboard sound.
Set Gate A20 to fast.
