MSI K7 Master

I have recently ordered an MSI K7 Master through newegg.com. I was reading through the list of files on amd's website and am a little confused. I know I will need the agp miniport driver, but will I also need the IDE and IRQ driver files? They make it sound like they are onlyfor AMD-based Southbridges, which the K7 Master is not (via southbridge). Any input into this is much appreciated.

On all 760 boards, you will need the AMD AGP Miniport drivers, and the VIA 4-in-1's, except you won't install the VIA AGP GART driver. VIA 4-in-1's provide the IDE Busmaster drivers, and anything else that is needed.
