MSI K7 Master availability and some questions about it?

This is the non scsi version of the k7 master-s board and looks like one of the best amd 760 boards. Only problem is I can't find it anywhere and I am also wondering if it has clock multiplier adjustment options, something that most 760 boards seem to lack.
