I'm switching to a Mini ITX Build - All I need now is just the itx case - Everything is currently in a Nmedia 5000B Case at the moment.

I bought a used one yesterday for $175.00. Selling my 7950 Dual-X right now. It was an impulse buy off eBay

Anyone have any experience with this card? Is it quiet or is that single fan loud? It will be used primarily as a Media Server / HTPC using MadVr with some Couch gaming on the side.

It's so small. I didn't even realize you could buy a card this powerful at this size. Time's a changing.

It's not too loud, there are reviews on the net for it. You'll be happy with it. What case are you looking at getting?
 
It aught to be fine. But, depending on your time frame and budget, the upcoming GTX 960 cards might be good fits, if Asus and MSI do a repeat with semi-passive models (highly likely).
