Recent newegg feedback indicates MSI is sketchy with honoring their rebates. I always steer clear of products with a shady rebate history. OCZ is another I stay away from.
 
I sent it my rebate 2 months ago and MSI website still says initial. Does this mean they never got my form in the mail that I sent 2 months ago?
 
yeah it took like 3 months for me to get my 9500GT $25.00 rebate. but it did come no problem.

they take there sweet time.

I got both of my OCZ rebates but they did take the entire 90 day period.
 
I've gotten more than a dozen OCZ rebates without any problem. I know there are rebate houses that intentionally try to screw people out of their rebates; but OCZ is not one of them. If there were any criticism, it's their relatively short submission deadline. Always read the rebate rules before you buy the item; if you can't, for any reason, adhere to the fine print, don't buy the item.
