Is this a good deal? that seems like a crazy rebate, i wonder how MSI is for in regards to hassle to redeem this.

I have an antec earthwatts 500 psu, is that enough to power this card? it should have 1 6 pin pci-e cord. I will need to go home to check for sure.

the PSU should be able to handle that easily, the earthwatts 500 has 2x6 pin pci-e

A gts450 with ddr3 is lame. The memory is only 128-bit. It really needs that GDDR5 to make up for the memory bandwidth.
