MSI GT70 2OC-059US so loud!

Hello I have the MSI GT70 2OC-059US gaming laptop and every time it's on idle the side of the fan is quite loud and hot (Not loud but it's noticeable) Also if I watch a video on YouTube etc the noise starts to increase in volume. This happens all of the time when I play a game too. My laptop can handle most of the latest games in high settings and even if I set all my games to crappy quality it still makes a loud sound and gets REALLY hot. Any solution? I really want to save my laptop, it costed quite a lot too

How old is your laptop? I'd say it might just need a good cleaning out, my brother's gaming laptop was overheating on him and after he cleaned it it runs fine now. If some of the ventilation is clogged with dust then the fan is just going to ramp up trying to cool off the internals without any luck.
