The MSI GF4 TI4200 has 128MB DDR (retail) for $178 and it comes with TV-OUT and a nice pack of CDs.

The other (Gainward/PNY/Leadtek) GF4 TI4200 have 64MB DDR (retail) and NO TV-OUT for a little less (~$155-$165).

Is the MSI a no-brainer or am I missing something here? I'm upgrading from a Voodoo3 3000 so I'm sure either way I'll be satisfied. Just need to know if the price differences are justified. Thanks.

if your coming from a voodoo 3, either way will blow your mind. the msi is definitely a better purchase than the 64mb cards, but i dont know how it compares to other 128mb cards in that price range. i would check out the other 128 cards like chaintech and gainward if i were you.

Hey you remind me of me... I just bought my MSI GF4 TI4200 64mb today... although the one u want is 128mb.. But I don't think there should be much differences..
I upgraded from a Voodoo 3 2000 AGP. My default clock was 250/513. 3DMark2k1SE score was 9247 (Check it out here). It's not that bad. I tried overclocking a little bit. THe best speed I got is 265/560 but I haven't tried 3DMark yet so I got no scores.

My System spec:
Athlon XP 1700+ @ 1602MHz @ 1.8v
Abit AT7 MAX
KingMAX 256mb DDR333 PC2700
Thermaltake Volcano 7+
MSI GF4 TI4200 250/513

I will do more testing with the card and I will post results here.

I managed to get the score of 9792 marks in 3dmark2k1. Link here

But i had to lower my clock because the video card ecame unstable because of my high fsb.
