i know you said price is not object, but if they asus was cheaper, i would get that since you can easily OC it to 4600 standards

Asus because it runs much cooler. No ramsinks required infact it runs cooler than cards with ramsinks.

First, what's a ramsink? And if I overclcokthe Asus to 4600 standards, won't that nullify the temperature benefits?

yeah, if they are the same price, definately get the 4600
ramsinks are small copper squares that go on VGA ram to dissapate heat better
