MSI Geforce4 Ti4200 issues

Ok, upgrading from a Geforce2 MX400, unloaded old drivers and installed new card, using latest detonators. The card works fine, usually, but with no particular pattern the system locks and the screen goes blank. We just did a format and reinstall of Windows 2000, installed AMD AGP driver and the same problem persists. The lockup occurs predictably 3d games/benchmarks, but has been observed in windows with no 3d apps running.

Tested the card in my system. It worked flawlessly (beat my radeon 8500 in 3dmark =/ )

remove video driver(use vga) ,4+1 and AMD system drivers( there should be 2) AGP & PCI

now get new 4+1 drivers then AMD drivers and LAST Nvidia 40.72 drivers!
