MSI GeForce4 Cards Using .13u Technology?

I'm puzzled mostly because nVidia's main foundry partner (TSMC) delayed production .13u technology by 4 months (this was announced about a month ago). I guess it's possible that UMC or some other foundry fabed GeForce4's on .13u.

If this is true, I'll be patiently waiting for some cheap GeF4 Ti 4600 and 4400 cards on .13u to come out. 😀😀
 
I would guess they have to be 0.13 as the core speed is so high when compared to the x-box which is built on 0.15 (300/330mhz vs 233mhz)
