MSI Geforce GTX 260 OC - Driver Update??

I have the MSI N260GTX-T2D896 OC GeForce GTX 260 896MB. It is the overclocked edition. My question is.. if I were to update the drivers, using the latest Nvidia drivers and not the MSI drivers, will my card still stay overclocked? I'm assuming not because I think it was a software overclock in the MSI drivers, but I'm not sure. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Yes - the factor clocks are set in the BIOS, not the driver.

its best to always use drivers straight from Nvidia. your factory clocks wont change since they are set in the cards bios.
