No you just need to open up the side panel on your case and have a friend of yours blow really really hard.

One reason it may be running so hot is that Nvidia's attempt at the .13u process with TSMC was definately not perfected, as most of you probably already know. All I can say is, give them time. They (Nvidia, ATI, and TSMC) will refine the .13u process and yield much more scalable and optimized transistors. Higher speed without the great amount of heat. Of course this is all IMO.
