MSI GD-55 Bios Help

Motherboard: MSI P67A-GD55

I'm attempting to overclock (i5 2500k) with this motherboard. However when I change the CPU Ratio (Overclocking menu, "Adjust CPU Ratio"), it seems to turn off Speed Stepping. Hence my CPU runs at full speed all the time.

I want to turn Speed Stepping back on (while overclocked), but can't find the option. I believe it should be "C1EST" Parameter, but not in my Bios. What I do have is:

Green Power Menu
- CPU Phase Control
- C1 Support
- Intel C-State

I'm looking for help in identifying the Bios parameter that turns Speed Stepping on (Enable).

NOTE: I have looked in the Setting | Advanced menu also. Do not see anything close to "C1EST"
