I'm really undecided between these motherboards.. what do you think is better for games and have better performance? i will use it with a 6600k and 16GB DDR4
 
The Asus has the better NIC. Having said that I don't shop Asus anymore due to bad RMA experience in the past.

No Gigabyte?

Looking at current offerings they seem to have the better options.

Similar priced to the MSI.

Currently bundled with a better than nothing free cooler. Might actually be OK if your not gonna do some crazy overclocking.
