So after MS released the fall update I noticed the leds on my RX480 had reset back to the factory color. I though no problem to I started up the MSI app and tried to change the color back. No dice. For whatever reason it would not work.
So I uninstalled then head on over to MSIs site and frustratingly found version 35 of the gaming app released on 10/6/17. I installed it and manged to get led control back but I had to uninstall it because it was causing my 480 to run wonky and then bring down my whole system. Just a solid lock up with the fans on my 480 running at full speed.
So my question is. Is there a better option to control the leds on my MSI RX480? I normally wouldn't mind but this was my first build in over ten years and I went with a nice dark blue and red theme and I'd kind of like to have it back.
