hey i was trying to diagnose an issue with a fan on my mobo and temps and other stuff, so i decided to download MSI's corecenter program. then when trying to run it and it not working. i decided to uninstall like any other person would do. when i try to uninstall though i get THIS
which sucks. at first it was a big issue because corecenter would cause my pc to auto reboot about 2 mins after loading windows. so i managed to remove it from startup and i can still use my pc fine. problem is, i simply dont want it there anymore and its really annoying. i sent a tech support ticket to MSI and this is what i got.

It seems some of the Windows system files were corrupted. Please try to get into Windows under safe mode and uninstall it to see. Thanks.
P.S. You can open Windows boot menu by pressing F8 during start up. Thanks.

In your case, seems the Windows file is corrupted. So, it is not possiable to recover it.
The last thing that you can try is try to stop the core center from start up.
Please click on "Start menu" and then choose "Run". Key in "msconfig" then click "OK". After that, you will see System Configuration Utility pop up. Please go to "start Up" Tab and then find out "CoreCenter" and then un-check it. Please click "OK" and then restart the system to see.
Thanks.

alright i already did that. but that doesnt solve the problem because i still have this corecenter installed on my pc. could u give me maybe detailed intructions on all the files located anywhere in my system that would have been installed and also any registry values i would need to remove to do say a, "manual uninstall"?

The files is located at C:\Program Files\MSI\Core Center .
But once the windows' registery is corrupted, it is not possiable to recover it if you don't have a registery back up. Thanks.

what says my registry is corrupted. are there any tools i can use to diagnose whether or not it is in fact corrupted.i personally dont think it is because i do my best to keep my computer as clean and functional as possible. could someone possibly test this by downloading the latest version of corecenter from ur website installing it and then trying to uninstall it with the specs (or similar ones to mine)? ide appreciate it. i dont really think its fair to simply say my registry is corrupt since everything else works fine.
thanks in advance.
