msi clock will not work in xp

I have tried reinstalling the drivers / software but MSI clock will not run in win XP, it gives a rundll error when i click on the tab in control panel.

does anyone know a fix for this?

I have the same problem running my Msi 4400 on Xp on my p4 setup but when i install the same card in my athlon xp rig,It works fine.

Was this a fresh install or an upgrade from another card?

I have a P4 2.4 system and MSI clock works fine.
