An old but still decent board.

What is the max. speed CPU I can put in? Pentium III 1.0 mhz?
 
if the adaptor allows socket 370, in theoryyou should be able to put a p3 1.1

that is because FSB over 100 is unstable with your board
 
The P3 1ghz chip (100 FSB) is about it .... I have one I was using in an MSI 6119 BX board up until about two years ago. I sold the board but kept the chip. They are going for quite a bit more than you would expect on Ebay, as the last time I checked I could sell mine and buy a Barton 2500 !!
