I am in a middle of lil dillemma here. I am about to purchase the AMD 64 (939) and the NEO plantinum combo. Though the have a special on the 90nm process 3500+ for only 20 bucks over the 0.13 process. Will the the MSI board support this process or no?...

Is it even worth it?... I believe it runs cooler?

If the NEO board you're referring to is the K8N NEO2 then it will work with all socket 939 processors, regardless of 90nm or 130nm. It won't support dual channel RAM out of the box though. You'll have to insert one stick of RAM in slot 1 to boot it. Then flash the BIOS to the latest version (v1.3). Once you do that you'll have no problems.

As far as whether to get the 90nm or 130nm, for $20 I'd definitely go with the 90nm (IMHO). It will run cooler with lower power consumption and slightly better performance.
