MSI bios memory timing settings

Squisher

Lifer
I was setting up my new MSI Pro2 and got to the memory settings and was confused as to what they should be. The default for memory bank timing is "SDRAM 8ns/10ns", but other options are: normal, medium, fast, and turbo. What is the most agressive? Also, it seems on most of the MoBo bios I have seen the default for Fast Read-Write Turn Around is "disabled". Why is that, and is there any advantage to enabling it?

The most aggressive memory setting is 'turbo'.

Enabling 'fast R/W turnaround' reduces turnaround time
when memory read is immediately followed by memory write.

Enable both for better performance.
