MSI and Gigabyte one in the same?

Sorry if this is the wrong place for this.

I'm shopping for an 8800GTS 512 and just looking into if there are any companies other than EVGA and XFX that I should consider (so far it doesn't look like it).

But, when I looked into MSI and Gigabyte to see their warranties, I couldn't help but wonder if they are affiliated somehow. Parts of their US websites (like their warranty section, for example) look like they are almost a copy & paste.

Other than that, any other suggestions for companies that have a warranty even remotely as awesome as XFX and EVGA?

BFG has a good warranty (as well as a longer step-up program). However, don't get caught off-guard by the "covers overclocking" nonsense in XFX's warranty. GPU overclocking is done via software. If you melt it, they'd never know you overclocked if you send it back.
