Background: I just put it all together. And ran the chipset update from the CD. My 3d scores tripled! and everything was great, untill the DVD-ROm stopped working. I am at version 1.9 for the bios

1. I can't install anything from my DVD-Rom. I get Kernal32 errors

2. It will only boot to safe mode, otherwise it just keeps rebooting.

HELP! I am stuck at work!

Un-overclock, reset bios settings, and see what happens, or have you tried this already?

I never overclocked it. ..... hehe Everyone says that first.

The DVD-rom player is it faulty?you never know it might of just died.

EVERYTHING WORKS!

I re-formatted, and installed Win98SE, then 4in1 drivers.

I just went out of order on the install.

5000+ Scores on Madonion with 32Mb MX

I would try the DVD-ROM on a different cable like from Secondary to Master(Primary) IDE & see what happens.
