Does anyone know how to set this up to work with Vista and XP? Doing virtualization is all new to me so I have no real idea on what to do.

Google VMware, that would be a good place to start.This probably isn't the best forum to ask about virtualization though. I would recommend you make a new post in the software forum, or maybe the Operating Systems one. Either that or you can ask a mod to move this one over for you.
