I switched CPU out to a Pentium dual-core 2180 but on my bio's start it show up as 1340 x 10 @ 13040 In windows I says Its running @ 997 mhz! I try to reflash the Bio with a ISO. CD but says port mapper signature no found!

Try using the MSI LiveUpdate utility in Windows.
