MSI 8800gt OC v/s stock

I was decided to buy the msi 8800 gt OC version, but when I was at my local store, it was sold out. The only model left is another MSI 8800gt but at stock.
¿is much the difference betwen those two card?
also, ¿can I OC easly the stock card to match the other model?

OCing the stock to the factory OC level is pretty easy. it is just not guaranteed, but most likely it will work fine. It is also gonna provide very marginal benefits.

The only physical difference is that the OC version has a bios with different default speeds.
There are however minute differences between "identical" products due to imperfection of construction methods, leading to variations in the amount of OC you can have from unit to unit.
