MSI 865PE SpringDALE Neo2 -LS MOtherboard Worth getting it?

I'm just wondering I can get this motherboard right now do you guys think it's worth it? Uses the 865PE Chipset. This board is way cheaper than the P4C800 etc. Comes with 10/100 Lan SATA etc. Anyone know what options it has for overclocking etc?

I am interested in 865PE, but MSI is far from my favorite brand although rumor has it the MSI 875 is pretty nice. I've had a few MSI boards and didn't like any of them. I'd be interested to see the info on it anyway.
