MSI 865pe Neo2 or Abit IS7 ?

Is anyone using either of these boards and what can you tell about your expirences with them. Which is the better choice?

I ran a 2.6C@3.25 on a MSI 865PE Neo and it was rock solid. I'm a big pimp for MSI mobos.

Im running a 2.6c @ 3.3 ghz fine on a Abit IS7.

I have the msi 865pe neo2 LS, and it overclocks higher than any board I've ever used, but maybe it's just a good cpu. Msi's service is first rate, but their quality is hit or miss. I returned 3 older msi boards to them, and they got tired of processing my claims, so they sent me this brand new board. This model is discontinued, but is still available at some venders.

That has been my problem with MSI , When you get a good board they rock but getting one is hit or miss for me. I just picked the IS7 up today and I hope it works out fine. Are there any IS7 users who can shed some light on them.
