MSI 865PE Neo2 -FIS2R start up problems

I have a MSI 865PE Neo2 -FIS2R and have just started trying to get it to run (replaces my 655 max). During start-up it indicates a problem with "keyboard controller initialization" via the D-link lights. What would cause that problem?:camera: I need to narrow down for replacement of parts.

Replaced powersupply, videocard. Both now dont seem to work.
works fine now.
