MSI 845E MAX Differences?

It seems like the only differences between the MSI 845E Max, Max 2-LR, and Max 2-BLR are options?

845E Max seems like the bare bones of it all.

854E Max 2-LR has the Lan Connector and Promise IDE onboard

845E Max 2-BLR has Lan, Promise IDE onboard, and Bluetooth (uses same PCB as the Max 2-LR)

Other than that, they should be the same? Same <U>options</U> and <U>overclocking</U> I assume? Asking this because I don't see any reviews for the first item above but there are a few for the two latter ones.

I'd like to get the 845E Max for someone that cares about overclocking but doesn't want to spend extra on the IDE Raid. Will be outfitted with a 1.6ghz P4 and 2 sticks of 256mb Crucial DDR. Basically, a no frills stable overclocker. Abit and Iwill cost abit more so I'd rather not get that. I'm iffy on the Shuttle and Soltek. I never used a Soltek and I've owned many Shuttle Socket 7 back in the days but I've come to think of them as a generic OEM.
 
Hey, how about that? I wasn't aware Epox had a i845E P4 board out. Believe me, MSI was not a comfortable overclocking choice for me. 🙂
 
Hm... the epox board requires jumpers to mess with memory voltages, but I guess that's a small inconvience... There are two other negatives about this board: Power connector location and floppy connector location.

I also kinda wish there was at least ONE review of this board somewhere...

The MSI reviews seems to be good, althought they are all for the Max 2-xLR versions...
