MSI 845 Ultra RU and 1,6A

Hi

i am using the MSI 845 Ultar RU and a Pentium 4 1,6A
but i can´t get higher than 127 fsb. at 133fsb it doesn´t boot from hdd and at 140 fsb it doesn´t post

i am also using

powercolor ati radeon 8500
512 Nanya cl2 ram
40GB ide ibm gxp60
Realtek nic
adaptec scsi controller
a watercooler
enermax 301 W

running winxp

i also tried low ram settings ->same problem
bios version is 3.1
i also have done the vcore mod

fuzzy logic shows 0 second level cache

has anybody the same problem oder knows anybody a solution for my problem??
Or does anybody know where i can get a beta bios??

My 1.8A needs 1.7V to hit 2.4Ghz on my 845 Ultra-AR board.

If your mobo supports it, try increasing the memory voltage by +.2.
