My card crashes and locks my system when I try to play Halflife. Just got the new system this weekend. Installed Windows98 and all the cards and drivers for everything. Everything else seems to be running fine. I've tried Direct3D and Open Gl. I just installed it into my new system. 3DMark 2001 aborts when I try to Bench. I've tried Detonator 12.41 & 12.90. I'm using NVmax w/ No vsync no AA. AGP Aperature set to 128. Not even overclocking it. The card installed w/o problems as far as I can tell. Could there be a conflict between the mobo and the video card? Or any other piece of hardware? Could there be a problem with the card? I couldn't get it to run properly in my old system either. With the old system it there were very very low fps, but it didn't crash the system and I could at least benchmark it. I figuered it was a conflict with an old ATI driver in the registry or something. I don't know where to go from here!! Any Ideas?? Thanks.
