MSI 7950 twin frozr no memory voltage change

I can use afterburner to adjust my core voltage and clocks.

But when I use afterburner to change my memory voltage from 1.5 or up to 1.7, gpuz and afterburner still report 1.6 volts.

Anybody know if the card should support memory voltage changing? Or any thing else I'm missing?
 
That is for another discussion. I was trying to decrease voltage...

but regardless, the memory voltage doesn't even change.
