MSI 7870 dead?

I just purchased a MSI 7870, it worked well for about a week, but now it seems as though no video output works. I do not get a beep code or anything at boot, just a blank screen. I hear the normal motherboard beep once on boot, but that is all. I swapped in my old 6850, and it works fine. I disabled the onboard video options in BIOS and it does not help. I tried the DVI, HDMI, and display ports, but none of them work.

Is there anything else I should try or is it RMA time?

Yes most likely its dead. Had the same thing happen to my Sapphire 7970 a few weeks ago. It worked for 2-3 days, then display stopped comming on once every 2-3 boot ups. After a few more days it completly died. It sucks I know. I would work with the manufacturer instead of the store you got it at, as it seems that nobody has these cards anymore and you would just get a refund.

If you had any screen output, even the BIOS/UEFI, then it might just be a software problem. But no output at all? Could be dead.

Before RMA'ing, try clearing your motherboard BIOS just in case there's a bad setting, rebooting with onboard only, shutting off, then rebooting with the HD7870 installed.
