I went to MSI's global web site, and clicked on BIOS, after searching for this mobo, and it lists two options, the first is BIOS, with a disclaimer, and then "OR", and then it lists two LiveUpdate options. Online, and client download. I don't want "LiveUpdate". I just want to download a BIOS and flash it in DOS mode off of my USB stick. WTF is wrong with MSI, not posting their BIOSes anymore. What if I need to recover my BIOS on that board, it supposedly can recover a corrupt BIOS off of a USB flash drive. But how can you use it, if MSI doesn't supply any BIOS files!?

Screwed.

LiveUpdate should offer a download option rather than update option. In any case, the update files should be extracted to some working temp directory. e.g. C:\documents and settings\user profile\local settings\temp\

You can pluck them from the temp directory used by LiveUpdate.
