MSI 694D Pro Help Needed ASAP!!

Megatomic

Lifer
OK, short and sweet:

MSI 694D Pro with 2x PIII 700E @700
All 4 DIMM slots populated with PC133 SDRAM (512MB)
One ATA100 HDD attached to IDE1 on mobo, no other HDDs connected.
Win2K just installed, went smoothly.

On the reboot just before first full boot into OS the system hangs up with no errors at the DMI settings. Can boot by FDD using a boot disk but booting from HDD is a no go. Any ideas? Need an answer as quick as possible.

Thanks!

Memmory is a major cause of problems, try using a memmory testing app.
