msi 6340m reboot problem

Hi, I have a msi-6340m with the latest bios and I have the problem where on occasions I would reboot the computer and it would hang. The onboard video shuts off and the system does not post. At this point even the power button doesn't work and the only way to get the computer to boot is to either keep on hitting the reset switch or cut the power. I've been using both windows and linux on this computer and the problem seems to be operating system independent. (btw, the computer runs very stable under linux =] )
