MSI 6309: PC Alert won't run in NT. HELP!

I just installed a PIII 650 @ 956 on MSI 6309.
I can get the PC Alert II to work, everytime I open it I get a warning message that says "Computer must have a Hardware Monitor Chipset". I am running NT 4.0 with service pack 6a. I have tried with the new bios and driver from VIA, no luck so far.

Use MBProbe or MBM. Both are better than PCAlert and work well with the 6309.
