MSI 6309 2nd Hub USB Help

I'm looking to use the second USB Hub available on the 6309. The only problem is that the connector is on the right hand side of the motherboard. The cables I've been able to find aren't long enough to cross the motherboard to be mounted on the back. I could splice the cables myself to extend it, but I would prefer not to. Does anyone know where to get a longer cable or even better, one that mounts to a 5 1/4 or 3 1/2 bay?
MSI seems to be the only manufacturer that puts the connector on the right and they don't even make a cable for it (I called).
