MSI 6191 / Geforce combo?

Does anybody have any issues with the AMD 756 chipset and a geforce 2 card? The MSI 6191 mobo is one of only 2 motherboards that AMD recommends for my slot A tbird(w/ performance enhancing on-die L2 cache). This is great, but I also have a visiontek Geforce 2 GTS 32 MB, and I want to know if I will have any compatibility issues. FYI, i'm currently using an Asus k7v and is sucks with my cpu and graphics card. I'm also using windows 2000, but it's a memory sucker that doesn't like random games, so I may go back to 98, or just buy another stick of 128 mb ram. This brings me to my next question; is it bad to put pc133 ram in a mobo that wants pc100 ram? Also, for a somewhat Highend system like mine, is 128 mb mushkin budget pc133 ram sufficient? Is it too cheap?

Anybody have any issues with the 6191 and sb live value?
 
Ever since I put a geforceMX into my athlon 750mhz system my life has been hell (MSI mobo).
I'm looking for a Voodoo 3 to put in it and hope that stabilizes my world.

not too helpul a response I suppose, but my 2 cents...
