MSI 6163Pro & P3 cC0 stepping

Intel S-specs says:
"9. Vcc Core Voltage - 1.70 V/Requires a motherboard with a split plane for the Vcc
"
for the newer cC0 steppings found on all P3 (600 and above).
what is the Split plane?
How can I make sure my 6163Pro can take such a cpu with Iwill slotket?
can the 6163Pro run P3 800 EB (133) at 133 or at least at 110-112 FSB?

It definitely should, but it's not something I've tested as yet. But with the newest BIOS update, MSI has said that the 6163 Pro will handle any Pentium III E processor.

That E I specified above is for regular Coppermines at 100 Mhz FSB, but the board itself can handle speeds of 140+ Mhz in the majority of cases. 133 Mhz is a piece of cake. But I really would recommend using a CPU that runs at 100 Mhz natively because there is no 1/2 AGP divider on this motherboard at 133 Mhz to bring the AGP speed back down to 66 Mhz. Got all that?

BTW: after flashing the 6163Pro Bios (to the newest available) I found sonthing real strange, the max multiplier on the factory auto options is X8.5 (100X8.5=850) while going on manual I can adjust to the max of X8.0 (FSBX8.0= cpu MHz), does MSI have a bug in this bios?
