Ok, I noticed the MSI 5900sp has 256mb ddr memory but is a 5900 chipset, not a 5900 ultra chipset.

Im confused. I thought the only difference between a 5900nu/5900u was the extra 128mb of memory the ultra has.
This card is not called an Ultra on NewEggs site or MSI's site. It's an sp "superior product".

So is the 5900sp an Ultra???? If not.....whats it lacking???

PS....I've checked Msi's site for specs. It sucks. The 5900sp page doesn't even spec it's core clock speed.

Thanks

just get a 5900nu and overclock it to ultra speeds and save yourself $100.

the extra 128mb doesn't do SQUAT

the DDR2 doesn't do SQUAT
