Dual. Eight. Pin. Power. Holy mother of god. Not even the GTX 295 had those. What could a 5870 possibly need that much power for?

Holy crap! The PCB is so dense with circuitry! It looks so awesome :D No idea how this card would scale to those speeds... Not to mention memory needs to follow (at least to some extent) - 1.5GHz means a 76% overclock on the core :D

Extremely cool to see any company make any component for the extreme minorty. Now if MSI follows it up with a mobo for modders they'll be in business big time :)

They should have put 4 G92's on a board and done a native QuadSLI on 'em. That would have really made it interesting...

4 of these in CrossfireX running LN2 with a nice voltmod? Well, I'm sure that would be quite the sight.

you say that as if the gtx295 was a huge power hog when the 4870x2 actually consumes much more power while being slower. http://www.xbitlabs.com/articles/video/display/evga-geforce-gtx295_7.html#sect0
I guess it depends on which review you read: http://www.hardwarecanucks.com/forum/hardware-canucks-reviews/13606-evga-gtx-295-1792mb-gddr3-video-card-review-18.html

The MSI Lightning looks pretty sweet. It will be interesting to see how high they can clock on stock cooling.

too bad you or whoever can't actually game with that setup :/
1.4ghz is insane though.
High score in vantage, or the high score in a MW2 match... In the end so long as it is fun..

That is some intense over clocking though. Very impressive that a GPU can be cranked that fast.
