So after 4 months of waiting I email them asking where my rebate is for the x1900xt that I bought. Well after bouncing me around for a few days they send a email back saying the slip newegg packs with ur shipment is not what they need and disqualifies me for the rebate. So I said no one ever sent me a letter saying it was the wrong paper or anything. And I enclosed a txt file of the invoice from the site. Anyone have any thoughts??? This isnt $10, if it were Id probably say screw it. But I want my damn $100.

First, go to where you purchased the card.
So call NE and demand to talk to the manager and present your case with him or her.
I had a similar issue with OCZ rebate (3 months) and I talked to Fry's where I purchased the product.
Fry's followed up with OCZ and I received the $50 rebate check two weeks later.
I agreed. I'd say screw it if it was $10 or less.
If it still doesn't work out then consult a lawyer
Good luck!

The problem was the packing slip that newegg sends doesnt have a invoice number on it. So now I have newegg goin to bat for me. Ive spent about $5000 on parts at newegg the least they could do is get me my damn $100

The $100 X1900XT rebate is bogus. I went through it myself. I mailed everything to MSI in August. I received nothing except this email:

"Dear Customer,

Sorry we could not find received your rebate submission, if you would
please e-mail us all the documents you have in order for us to try to
locate you files.

Thank you,

MSI Rebate"

I have copies of everything I sent, including the registered mail receipt with tracking number that shows that everything was delivered. So I sent all this to them. Despite this they have the audacity to say that they received nothing. They can use the $100 on remedial English courses because I give up.

Can you say false advertising?:disgust:

Logitech pulled the same thing on me, but for alot less money. They claimed that that had never received anything. I didn't send it registered, so I had no receipt. They asked me to send duplicates of everything, which I did. Apparently, this satisfied them, and said that I would receive the rebate at the end of this month. I'm still waiting, but even if it does show up, it will have been four months since I bought their product.
